...como cada perído anual, me doy de topes con la pared que tengo más cercana en cuanto un fidedigno portento es depositado entre mis manos, justo cuando el lapso se ha visto definitivamente rebasado. La presea que ahora me ocupa es la que sirve de carta de presentación de estos paladines del 'death metal' preciso, brutal y técnico a ultranza, surgido en Turquía, un país que para muchos no es semillero de algo tan filoso y especializado, pero que, si se revisa con detenimiento la historia de la sonoridad desorbitada en esa región, se puede descubrir que hay múltiples rastros que dejaron en el pasado inmediato otros gendarmes de tales variopintas ramificaciones, como los magníficos -y ya extintos- CIDESPHERE, de los cuales procede Oral Akyol, vocalista de la carnicería que en estos instantes analizo. Este quinteto, por tanto, está compuesto por gente con muchas tablas en este negocio, y saben…

     I take a sip of warm soda, and I can swear I feel the aluminum hit my stomach.  I question when the first time anyone has ever felt this same thing; I question where the need to talk about it comes from.

     I do realize that I don't blog anymore. Oy, vey!  How depressing!  I find it kind of funny that something as simple as sharing assorted thoughts and ideas with other people can be profound.  I feel that humans like to over-dramatize everything in each of our given situations, mainly because of the fact that we see each and everything that we do as part of our own personal make-up.  It is valid, yes, but we are bonded not through our uniqueness, but in our extremely immeasurable amount of similarities.

     It feels good to be a human this evening.
